Section 08 / 12

Holder Perks

Tiered spread discounts and reduced pool seed minimums for Oracle token holders, subject to a 24-hour minimum-balance qualification rule.

Tier Schedule

Tier assignment is a function of the fraction of total Oracle token supply held by the transacting wallet.

TierHolding (% of supply)Spread discount δtier\delta_{\text{tier}}Pool seed minimum
10.1%10%Standard (100 USD)
20.5%25%50 USD
31.0%50%25 USD

Discounted Premium

For a wallet in a given tier, the spread component is scaled by (1−δtier)(1 - \delta_{\text{tier}}) while the fair-value component is invariant:

Premiumholder=Vmodel+s⋅(1−δtier),(1)\text{Premium}_{\text{holder}} = V_{\text{model}} + s \cdot (1 - \delta_{\text{tier}}), \tag{1}

where δtier∈{0.10, 0.25, 0.50}\delta_{\text{tier}} \in \{0.10,\, 0.25,\, 0.50\}. Since the pool receives VmodelV_{\text{model}} irrespective of tier, the discount is borne entirely by the protocol and is neutral to liquidity providers. The reduction relative to the standard premium is

Premium−Premiumholder=δtier⋅s.(2)\text{Premium} - \text{Premium}_{\text{holder}} = \delta_{\text{tier}} \cdot s. \tag{2}

Qualification Rule

A wallet qualifies for a tier at time tt only if its balance has remained at or above the tier threshold continuously over the preceding 24 hours. With bw(u)b_w(u) the balance of wallet ww at time uu and htierh_{\text{tier}} the tier threshold,

w qualifies at t  ⟺  min⁡u∈[t−24h, t]bw(u)≥htier.(3)w \text{ qualifies at } t \iff \min_{u \in [t - 24\text{h},\, t]} b_w(u) \ge h_{\text{tier}}. \tag{3}

Evaluating the trailing-window minimum rather than the instantaneous balance prevents tier acquisition through balance increases immediately prior to a trade.

Pool, treasury, team, and burn wallets are excluded from tier eligibility.
